Terms and conditions

At Innova Adventure Travel™, we are happy to assist you in your travels through our country. Our services are 100% personalized.

Payments:

Individual

Reservations made 90 days or more prior to the client’s arrival date, 100% payment is required 45 days in advance, from December 15th through April 30th of each year. From May 1 – December 14 season, full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Bookings made 30 days or less from the client’s arrival date, 100% payment is required, once confirmation has been sent by Innova Adventure Travel™ and accepted by the client.

 

In the case of last-minute bookings (less than 15 days prior to the arrival of the client), the payment must be made immediately.

No exceptions. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, and we request payment in U.S. dollars via bank wire transfer  or electronic system. (We do not accept Credit Cards)

 

Payment can also be made using Bitcoin or USDT. Being fast and safe payment methods.

IMPORTANT

Please let us know as soon as you have sent the bank transfer. This will allow us to track your payment. As soon as the payment has been received in our account, we will contact you and confirm all reservations.

Modification or rescheduling of bookins:

Modification requests:

  • Requests for changes must be made in writing to the email address provided (change of date, time, activity or destination).
  • They must be made sufficiently in advance of the date of the service (each case will be considered individually).

Availability and prices:

  • The availability of the service requested is subject to change.
  • The client must pay the difference if the change results in an increase in the price.

Restrictions:

  • Accommodation booked less than 48 hours before the requested service cannot be changed. The tours are evaluated individually.
  • Some services may not be changeable due to supplier restrictions.

Services Postponement:

  • Requests for postponement must be made well in advance of the service date (each case will be considered individually).
  • Postponed services must be rescheduled within a maximum of 6 months from the original date (subject of service availability).

Applicable rates and policies:

  • Rescheduling is subject to the rates in effect at the time of the change.
  • If the service is more expensive, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Exceptions and extraordinary circumstances:

  • In exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics or unexpected closures), special rescheduling conditions may apply and will be communicated in good time.

Cancellations and refunds:

At Innova Adventure Travel™ we are flexible with cancellations and refunds in consideration of service provider policies. We will manage and resolve each case on an individual basis.

Only written requests to Innova Adventure Travel™ will be accepted and processed.

No refunds will be given for services, accommodations, meals, or transportation that are not in use during the trip. No refunds will be given after the trip has been completed.

 

Some hotels may have more restrictive cancellation and refund policies than others. These vary by hotel and circumstance. Each case is considered individually.

Commitments:

Innova Adventure Travel™ and its brands are committed to providing 100% of the services offered in the program booked and confirmed by the client. The agency acts as an intermediary between the client and providers of tourism services such as accommodation, land, sea or air transportation (domestic flights), charter companies, restaurants, government and/or private reservations and others.

 

Each supplier complies with legal requirements such as insurance and policies to provide the service offered and contracted by the agency as an intermediary for the client. Innova Adventure Travel™ has liability and medical insurance in force in Costa Rica for services operated directly by the agency.

 

All documentation provided to the client by Innova Adventure Travel™ or its brands is subject to the policies established by the suppliers. The client accepts that Innova Adventure Travel™, its brands or its employees are not liable for any loss of items or services that are the responsibility of the client or their party.

 

Our company is committed to assisting the client in any way possible in the event of an emergency. Innova Adventure Travel™ or its brands will keep the client informed and seek the best options to provide adequate care if the service is affected by force majeure. Innova Adventure Travel™ or its brands cannot be held responsible for any loss or additional expenses due to delays or changes in flight schedules or other causes beyond their control.

 

Our team will provide a personalized and efficient service by responding quickly and professionally to questions, requests or problems.

Applicable law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Costa Rica.
